Carly & Jay arrive in Florence @ 2:25 PM

SUNDAY, 5/18/2025

Settle in at the villa, lounge by the pool, stock up on groceries from the local market, and explore nearby towns or Florence.

MONDAY, May 19, 2025

Rehearsal Dinner:

• Spend the day by the pool with everyone. Caterers will begin setting up for the wedding.

• A quick walk-through of the ceremony will be followed by a pizza party rehearsal dinner.

TUESDAY, May 20, 2025

WEDDING DAY!!

Relax and enjoy the morning, keeping Jay out of sight until the big moment at 4:30 PM when Carly walks down the aisle!

WEDNESDAY, May 21, 2025

Free Day:

Enjoy activities of your choice: golfing, wine tasting, pasta-making classes, horseback riding, shopping, museum visits, or exploring local towns.

THURSDAY, May 22, 2025

Cinque Terre Day Trip: Take the train from Florence to Cinque Terre early in the morning. The train ride is approx. 3 hours. An optional boat tour that takes you to 3 different beaches where you can jump in and swim! We need to reserve this ahead of time so I will need a head count on who wants to do this.

Florence Day & Farewell Dinner:

• Spend the day in Florence shopping, sightseeing, and dining.

• Enjoy a farewell dinner at the villa, prepared by Cucina Giuseppina.

SATURDAY, May 24, 2025

Must be checked out of the villa by 10 am.

Mr. & Mrs. Kirschner depart from Florence (FLR) to Nice, France, to begin a two-week honeymoon!
